The Stand-In
In just a little over 200 years, a young girl will receive a strange, wonderful, and potentially dangerous birthday present. It is the gift of a story, an old unheard, unspoken story, and simply possessing it could get her thrown into prison.
Where did it come from? Why would her mother place such a thing in her hands? Most of all, what kind of story could be so dangerous that society has outlawed its existence?
The Wind Writers are a talented group of young people, writers and artists who used their skills to produce this wonderful Lutheran confirmation project.
